Duncan Fewins is programme manager for performing arts at Stratford-upon-Avon College and part-time lecturer on the PGCE and MA Drama courses at Warwick University.

Experience

Duncan was a secondary school teacher for ten years, including four years as head of drama at Colmer’s Farm School in Birmingham and a year as head of expressive arts at Banbury School. Duncan has worked closely with Professor Jonothan Needlands at Warwick University, researching and editing his books Theatre Directions and AS/A2 Drama and Theatre studies. He is also an external moderator for the AQA exam board. He has worked for The Royal Shakespeare Company and Standard for Education as a teacher trainer and has been employed by schools and colleges as a freelance theatre workshop leader.

Education

Duncan read Drama at Loughborough University in the UK and holds an MA in Education
